Our 6-Step Design & Build Process

1. Initial Site Visit & Consultation

One of our project managers will meet with you at no cost to discuss your vision, goals, and budget for your landscaping project. We will assess your landscape and create a design brief that outlines the design elements and deliverables to be included in the landscape design package.

2. Concept Plan

Our landscape designers craft a bespoke design plan, incorporating your preferences and our collective creativity. All designs are fully customizable and the ultimate design direction is worked out in this step. We refine the plans with your feedback to ensure complete satisfaction before moving forward.

3. Final Landscape Design

The concept plan is developed into a full set of landscape drawings including; Landscape construction plans, planting plans, detail drawings, and concept photos. We can also provide 3D renderings if required to give you the clearest picture of how the design will look, offering a final opportunity to make alterations before breaking ground.

4. Costing

Accounting for landscaping cost is an essential part of the design process. Many design only firms are unable to accurately design a project to your budgetary constraints. By discussing budget early in the process and combining that with the knowledge of what our costs are to execute a plan, we are able to ensure the design is built at your preferred price point. You will be given a clear and detailed proposal to review which shows the cost of each individual component.

5. Landscape Installation

We work out an efficient schedule for your landscape installation and communicate weekly on our progress. Our well-trained, skilled landscapers, sub-trades, and garden designers communicate regularly to execute the design with precision. Care will be taken to minimize disturbance to you and the surrounding neighbours.

6. Final Walkthrough & Handover

Once all the final touches have been completed we will meet to do a walkthrough of your newly created landscape to ensure every element is perfect. We answer any questions you might have, review the warranty, deliver any as-built drawings that were included in the scope, and set you up to enjoy your beautiful outdoor living space.

Extend your warranty with a maintenance package

Every new landscape comes with a 1 year warranty which you can extend to 3 years by becoming a maintenance client.
